Who visits this Danish based blog - and is it a victim of "shadow-banning"?

This blog was rewarded with many more visits during the US election last year - but mostly with visitors from France!?
Why is that when 99 % of the posts are English language. The majority of postings are concerned with US politics. Why are there more than three times as many visitors from France than the US?
